Journal of Law, Environmental and Justice (E-ISSN: 3031-7045 P-ISSN: 3031-7215) is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Ius et Ambientis, three times a year in March, July, and November.

This journal seeks to publish original, high-quality research addressing regional and national issues of global significance. It provides a forum for publishing publications relevant to environmental and natural resources issues from a multidisciplinary perspective, including law, politics, ecology, human rights, and economics.

The journal welcomes submissions of articles that pertain to the scope mentioned above. It serves as an authoritative source for professionals, practitioners, researchers, students, and policymakers to establish a framework for advancing a sustainable and equitable environmental future for all. Thus, novelty and credible standards of issues are prioritized in publishing.

We are pleased to announce that Journal of Law, Environmental and Justice has been ACCEPTED into the SCOPUS indexing database as of 13 June 2025.

Update: As of 2025, this journal has introduced a new article template. All new submissions to this journal should conform to this new template.

If the submitted manuscript does not adhere to the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected before being reviewed by the Editorial Board. The Editor will only accept a manuscript that adheres to the formatting specifications.

All submissions must be made through the JLEJ OJS system. We accept absolutely no submissions via email. The Editor makes no LoA. LoA is issued solely in the form of an accepted paper notification.

This issue (Jurnal of Law, Environmental and Justice Volume 3 Issue 2 of 2025) has been available online since 27th July 2025 for the regular issue of July 2025. All articles in this issue consist of 11 original research articles that were authored/co-authored by 48 authors from 9 countries (Australia, Belgium, China, United Kingdom, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Taiwan and Uzbekistan).
