Indonesian Journal of Crime and Criminal Justice (E-ISSN: 3108-9852) is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Ius et Ambientis, three times a year in March, July, and November.
This journal seeks to publish original, high-quality research with specialises in contemporary legal studies with a focus on Indonesian criminal law and criminal justice with a multidisciplinary approach, including comparative law, economic approaches to law, politics and human rights. The aim is to enrich the discourse of Indonesian criminal law and criminal justice in a global perspective.
The journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars with related disciplines. Novelty and recency of issues, however, are the priority in publishing.
If the submitted manuscript does not adhere to the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected before being reviewed by the Editorial Board. The Editor will only accept a manuscript that adheres to the formatting specifications.
All submissions must be made through the IJCCJ OJS system. We accept absolutely no submissions via email. The Editor makes no LoA. LoA is issued solely in the form of an accepted paper notification.
